SHIPPING
LEAD TIMES
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. At the moment, regular shipping takes about 10-21 days to arrive at the delivery address. "Expedited Shipping" allows for rush deliveries to arrive within 1 week of ordering. Please note that while we endeavor to ship all orders within the estimated timeframe, in some cases there may be a small delay. We are unable to provide exact shipping dates due to the handmade nature of our products.
DELIVERY
If you are no longer able to receive your item at the original shipping address, email us with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used and we will update the shipping address for you.
We currently offer complimentary shipping worldwide.
TERMS
TAXES AND DUTIES
All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country if your order has been placed from outside the European Union. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.
PRE-ORDER
Due to our 'pre-order' policy, you should expect a lead time of approximately 4 weeks between the date you placed your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment.

RETURNS
Sales on items are final and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the items with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different to your order or if it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
