SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping to most destinations. Before placing your order, please ensure you have selected your destination country from the drop-down menu at the bottom of each page. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for timeframes and shipping rates.
Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page to view order processing and delivery timeframes. Please note, that the delivery timeframes are just estimates and can vary with weather elements, congestion in the carrier network, and other influences outside of our control.
All EILAF sales are final and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for our full policy regarding returns.
PRODUCT CARE

We currently do not offer a repair service, however, you may contact us directly to discuss any need for repair. Each situation will be assessed individually.
ORDERS
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Depending on whether your order has been dispatched, we are happy to modify or cancel any orders that have yet to be processed.
